"The hotel is amazing. The bar was very good but understaffed, I felt bad for one lady working really hard and overtime because someone called in and didn’t get any help. Restaurant was so slow for food. We ordered and waited an hour and never even got bread. So we left before our food came and just went to KFC"

"Everything was great. This was our second time staying here due to the helpfulness of staff and the great location. The only issue I had this time was a malfunctioning public toilet in the back of the main area near the orders train bridge that made walking through there so, so awful. Luckily, going that way isn’t necessary, but it still probably should have been addressed before it got to that state. Still, I understand not everything can be controlled, and everything else about our trip was perfect. I will return here when I am in Cologne again."

"It’s a beautiful hotel right in the center of the city. I was just passing through, on the way to Austria, so I only stayed for one night. I would have liked to stayed for longer. Maybe next time. The staff were very polite and helpful. Buffet breakfast was quite nice. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone."
