The staff is excellent. It’s self check-in but there is always someone there to help. So appreciate the luggage storage, too! "

"The room was very clean. The staff was excellent. The hotel is located in a great area, we walked all over Manhattan. I would recommend this hotel. They do not have coffee or a refrigerator in the rooms, but there is a coffee bar in the lobby and a great restaurant for breakfast. "
