We had a coffee machine in the room, and one of my favorite little conveniences was the USB ports strategically placed on both sides of the bed—no digging out the European adapters just to charge our phones! 👍👍 The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything and easy to walk just about anywhere."

"The hotel is in a super location on the lake, with stunning views. The hotel rooms are quite basic and dated. Carpets in hallways dirty and threadbare. Restaurant food was good, but service over our 5 day stay was incredibly disappointing and impersonal. We were constantly chasing staff for service, which was very annoying. The breakfast set-up is poor, disorganised and no one really in charge to keep things running smoothly. The pool and spa area are lovely and definitely a highlight."
