"This was one of the best experiences. First of all the customer service provided mainly by Margherita is EXCEPTIONAL, she was in contact as soon as the room was booked providing with all necessary info. We had free parking pass which was given to us as soon as we arrived. The room was clean and modern with an amazing little cute terrace. I received wonderful advices in regards to food and places to visit while in Verona. Everything exceeded my expectations. This little cute room is to recommend...

La literie était confortable tout comme le canapé relativement récent et trÚs large. La vue sur la place Erbe était magnifique. Il y a la clim dans l'appartement mais nous n'en avons pas eu besoin. Pour les bémols, je dirai qu'il y a quelques marches à monter avant d'accéder à l'appartement, en bas de l'immeuble ainsi qu'un dernier étage à monter aprÚs le 4eme étage accessible...

"Clean rooms but a very dated hotel and a lot of worn out furniture, doors and even the taps. The rooms are not soundproof and there is no air conditioning in the winter months. The room gets very hot so I had to leave the windows open all night. About 25-28 minutes from the city and 10 mins from the Porta Nuova station I would stay here again if I didn’t have any other options in Verona. On the plus side breakfast is good and the staff named Precious is very welcoming and friendly! "
