"Very nice hotel, tucked away in a very cute spot near a lot of major attractions, gyeongbokgong, myeongdong, namdaemon market, Seoul square, Shingsegae, etc. it’s walking distance to all these attractions and TONS of restaurants. 2 minute walk to City hall station on Line 2, so good access to all the other places in Seoul. We stayed in a one bedroom suite, the room was super spacious, staff kept it super clean each day. The pool was spotless and kids really enjoyed it. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"Our room at Hotel Manu was a fairly large, basic room for our one night stay. The bed was okay. It was well located for walking to the train station and walking for sightseeing. We did not choose the option for the breakfast to be included."

"I got the two bedroom queen room. It is very spacious. It has mini kitchen and mini living room. It was very clean. Clean restroom. Polite staff. Great breakfast. "

"The staff are top notch. Laura at the front desk was extremely kind, welcoming and informative about the hotel's amenities even during a very busy time due to what seemed like a convention. Clean and quiet rooms, best room service meals I've ever had, and the bus to the airport stopping at the hotel made for a wonderful stay. "

"The GLAD Mapo Hotel does not have air conditioning, they only have central heat. We were informed of this upon checking in by the front deck staff. She said if the room gets hot we can open the windows. They later provided us with a fan to help move the air in our room. Daily high in Taipei when we were staying there was around 75 degrees F, the room already felt warm. At this day and age, no AC is unacceptable especially at the price of about $250 US per night I paid. It was not explicitly make known about no AC in this hotel when booking. Definitely will not stay there again."
