"The staff was amazing! The receptionists, cleaning crew, restaurant workers, etc., were all kind and helpful. Also, the location, right near the ocean, was awesome. If you enjoy being right next to the ocean, this is the place. Lastly, for being all-inclusive, I thought the food was pretty decent, not great, but decent. On the other hand, my room was definitely dated. The shower barely had any water pressure, and the mattress was very uncomfortable when sleeping on my back or side. My preferred positions. For reference, I am 6’1 and 180 lbs. Lastly, visitors are not allowed to see you at this hotel. Knowing the area a little, I believe that this a good rule. However, keep that in mind if you wish to see family or friends in the area. "

There were no special activities except for one pool table for the entire resort. More than 90% of the staff were very kind, nice, respectful and welcoming. Our suite was changed three times, the first because of water coming from the ceiling, the second because of the cooling system and broken beds, etc. For those who are sensitive to cleanliness and very old building, who follow a variety of foods, and who don't want to get bored after a few days, I don't recommend it at all."
