Joe quickly helped us find a new room, which we really appreciated. The street outside was not the cleanest and there were some homeless people nearby, but that is also part of the New York City experience. The location is very convenient, especially since the hotel is very close to Times Square. Overall, we had a good stay and appreciated the helpful service."
