"The house was perfect for a anniversary get away. The bike path was very close and easy to access. The links they owner provided for local recommendations for dining was excellent. Many places were within walking distance and we felt safe walking home in the evening after eating dinner out and enjoying a few drinks at The Cob And Ear bar. The links also made it very easy to know how to enter the home and what needed done at closing which was very simple. We are planning on returning next...

"It was a sad occasion for us as my family had my mother's memorial service in Yellow Springs. My family all attended and the property was great for us. The large backyard and spacious indoor space was perfect for us."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful time capsule of a house. The modest amenities didn’t take away from the experience—in fact, they added to the charm of stepping back in time. "We had a local volleyball tournament to attend from Wednesday through Saturday. I had 10 players and 2 coaches staying at the house together. It was perfect with lots of space and room to hang out in between matches. The kitchen was great and very well stocked with everything you would need to cook with. We had all of our meals at the house and enjoyed our stay. "

"The location was perfect for our weekend trip to Cincinnati and Columbus. We enjoyed shopping and then stayed here for the night and played card games. The property is well maintained and easy to access. You can definitely tell it is an old house but it has charm. "
