"Great location with plenty of eating places, a wide range of shops and art galleries in the neighbourhood. The hotel was inviting with panoramic views from the rooftop. The entire staff team were professional, courteous and always helpful. Great breakfast at Louis with a super team of staff who always strived to please. Thank you. "

"I think this hotel is primarily fantastic because of its location. A massive multi subway station was just outside the door, and it's located next to an incredibly great rooftop bar and just a few blocks down from Time Square and one block off of the Empire State bldg. Plus it's relatively right in the middle of the city so you can go any direction you would like. This particular block of 6th Avenue next to it is also often used for street fairs and weekend activities, extending up a few blocks to Bryant Park. There's a small quaint open park diagonally from the hotel, and the hotel seemed nice in and of itself. The only one negative is the exercise room is lacking."

"Edison Hotel location is perfect. If you are coming to New York to see Broadway shows. We saw 7 shows in 5 days and walked only a few blocks at most to get to each theater. The rooms are clean and comfortable and surprisingly larger than we expected for a New York hotel. Our rate included free grab and go breakfast each day. We did upgrade for $6.50 each to sit down breakfast at both Friedman’s and Bond 45, but the best breakfast was free at Carve on the corner of 8th & 47th. We will definitely be staying at the Edison for our next trip to NYC! "
