"This day has been nothing short of excellent. The only bad thing I have to mention is I almost missed turning into the valet parking. That’s more of a San Francisco thing. It has nothing to do with the hotel. But seriously, this has been such an amazing trip out here I’m not a tourist at all. I’m very familiar with coming out to this city but when you stay at such an amazing hotel that treats you like royalty, it’s nothing less than perfect. From the moment I pulled into the valet, the attendant was super nice, very helpful, super attentive. When I walked into the reception area, I was greeted by the attendant who open the door for me and as well as Joshua, who is at the front desk. He was extremely professional and friendly, and it felt real personal in a great way. He acknowledged my familiarity with staying at the W and also acknowledged the fact that I knew my way around San Francisco. It’s been some time since I’ve been at this hotel, and I’ll definitely make sure I have another stay in the near future.."

"Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options: veggies, fruits, baked goods, hot meals (eggs, sausages, bacon, pancakes), dairy. The bar had a good design and a beautiful view. Very nice stay, we had everything we needed. "

"There are a lot of hidden fees to stay here so just expect to spend extra when staying. However, it is a beautiful hotel and the house keeping is fantastic. "
