"We had a lot of issues during his stay, as the lifts were not working for the majority of the evening. My guest actually has a pelvis injury and so this made the stay very difficult, and had to travel up and down 24 flights of stairs to reach his room. This is a very disappointing outcome for a modern hotel who should not have these issues. It also causes concern for anyone with accessibility requirements. "

"These apartments are in a fantastic location with the best view of Perth there is. The rooms are generous in size and are very clean. The kitchenette is well equipped with a large fridge and everything you need. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's a great place to stay and we'll be back."
