"I am not sure if it's the property manager, who did call and apologize the next day, or VRBO processes and management. We were not able to access the property at midnight, having just arrived in Oakland. After repeated attempts to contact the property manager all day for a door code, I finally called VRBO. The property had been rented, possibly under a different company. I am not sure. We were left to find accomodations at 1 AM. The property was right by the family's house we were visiting so...

"There are not enough words to describe how perfect this stay was. The view just doesn't stop and the cottage has everything a person could need! "Clean, stylish and comfortable! Cory, our host, was friendly and helpful. The neighborhood was a blast, with great shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. Mission Dolores Park is also an easy walk, with a breathtaking view of the city. We'd stay there again any time!"

"It was smaller than we are used to but a good distance out of San Francisco to get out of the big city. We wished it had a living room but it was not advertised to have one. Loved the kitchen space! Easy to find."
