"Terrific deal on Expedia.... Room + free breakfast was an excellent bang for the buck. Room was clean , comfortable and recently updated. Check in was seamless and overnight parking in a safe , secured on premise parking lot was only $10. Had an event to attend at the deYoung Museum the next day and staying at Grovesner BW was a smart option rather than same day drive from Capitola . Easy hotel to get to - short distance from 101 off ramp. For events,meetings in SF it makes a lot of sense to stay at this BW....."

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room felt very rundown and outdated, and the carpet was visibly dirty and poorly maintained. The couches also appeared stained and unclean, which made the room uncomfortable to relax in. The walls looked worn and neglected, adding to the overall feeling that the property has not been properly cared for. The breakfast was also a major letdown. The food quality was very poor, and the eggs did not seem real or freshly prepared, they were clearly from a bag which made the experience even more disappointing. Asked for maintenance to come to the room due to television not working properly. I was told they would come at a certain time no one ever showed. Have to pay for daily parking. Overall, I expected much better for the price and was dissatisfied with both the cleanliness and the quality of amenities. I would not choose to stay here again."

"Hello, I am reaching due to our experience when we arrived to our room. We checked in around 9 and got to our room @9:12pm as we were putting our stuff down, we realized that there was already an open bar of soap in the shower…mind you it had a piece of hair on it…which looked like a pube hair…We have a picture to prove it… We had told the front desk that we seen that and she just apologized and told us she will send someone to clean it…. They had came when we went to go get food but they still left the dirty soap…. It’s unfortunate to have an experience like this when my son in law recommended this place… I just wish to be accommodated because honestly that was disgusting to find… imagine a bar of soap being open and A PEICE OF HAIR ON IT…..On top of that when I checked my bank account , I saw that you guys charged me $6.60 for something when I had called and you guys tried to say that we took the water bottles but we in fact did not. $3 is way to expensive for water and I would never pay that, that’s why I brought my own water. Again I just wish to be accommodated because I am truly disappointed especially coming from a Hilton hotel. I expected more from this hotel who promotes being one of the best in the business. I will never be coming here again. Thank you for your time and whoever this may concern."
