"The hotel was excellent! Very clean, modern, and had all the amenities required for a comfy stay. The location was very easy to access via public transport from the airport. It’s in the heart of downtown so it’s very easy to walk around to all the attractions that San Fran has to offer. Bonus: it’s right next to the trolley station so you get great access to it. We loved it here! "

"Overall this is a decent little hotel. There's coffee in the lobby in the morning and an iHop next door. There's also a coffee maker in the room as well as a fridge. No microwave unfortunately. We were skeptical how clean the room was, we found a fair amount of items on the floor/just under the beds and the shower had hair in it that was not ours. Our balcony also did not have chairs and a table and all of the other ones was saw did, we figured this might have been because we were in a back...

"It's a nice comfy room in a big scary city. As a tall person I didn't have to crouch down in the shower 🚿. A refrigerator is convenient. "

"Great value for the price. Quiet. Short drive to airport. Had to keep the fan running to clear the air of a cleanser. Like for a couple of hours! $15 per night to park. "

"For the price It should have been better. The building I stayed it was around a fence, over railroad tracks in a dirty area. the building itself was kept clean. But I had to call for maintenance because my tv was not working. They came quickly but I shouldn't have had an issue. The shuttle ride to the airport was on time. I stayed here for the shuttle ride and the price."

"Great stay overall, small issue when we first arrived that our room’s AC didn’t work whatsoever and it was nearly 80 degrees in there & it was very uncomfortable for the first few hours we were there. Same no-AC issue for the other party we were traveling with as well, both rooms being on the second floor. Both our parties both got a free upgrade to a room with working AC on the 7th floor before the night was over, which was especially nice because it had a view. Very modern rooms & nice...

"Excellent experience here. I wish we’d stayed longer. Ed was awesome: very helpful and cheerful. Extremely clean, safe, great underground parking, super friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious too. The only negative was the towels are a bit old, scratchy, and dingy. But they were clean and that’s all really matters! I highly recommend this hotel."
