"I hag planned to take a hot shower at 3:30A , however there was NO hot water. So I had to take a cold shower instead…very cold ! At first I thought hot water may have been an option? This put a great chilling effect on my ever staying with you folks again..Even more so when your representative that was checking me out became very upset and said no one there could help me with changing to no charge for room, which seemed fair for a cold water flat. Do hope to hear from management for a revised...

"The property, especially the south building, looks very rundown. The walk to the south building is down right dangerous, crossing a construction zone, abandoned train tracks and passing homeless that looks downright apolyptic to get to the door."
