"We stayed 2 nights for a concert and to explore Columbus. Easy walking distance to downtown stores and restaurants. Our room was clean and in working order. AC worked well and shower had hot water and amazing water pressure. The toilet began to run constantly and handle very loose. I informed the front desk and it was fixed while we were out to lunch - prompt and worked well after. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and staff very pleasant who took care of us each morning. The bacon was on point. I highly recommend adding breakfast on to your stay! We did not utilize the pool but saw it was the usual indoor pool and we did see other families enjoying it. The elevator wait time was never very long. Parking was easy and accessible on premise with many spots located near the back entrance. Overall I enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!"
