"The staff was super helpful and friendly. The location is convenient and close to The T stop - Steel City. The breakfast was delicious and everything was fresh. The hotel could use some moderization/freshining up, like some additional outlets in the room. The beds were comfortable!"

"We were there during a busy time but the lobby elevator was superr slow and we walked all around trying to find the stairs. We walked up a floor and were told we shouldn’t be using those elevators. Our room was clean, except the shower had mold in it and we didn’t have any soap/bodywash in the shower - just a tiny travel size to share. The beds were comfy and it’s in a good location. Staff was friendly."

"Your hotel would have been excellent if only the elevator had been a little faster (it is clearly very old) and the housekeeping staff on our floor had done their job properly. We left our room at 11:00 a.m. and returned around 10:00–11:00 p.m. Unfortunately, the "light service" that had been promised was never provided. The front desk employee was unable to explain why and instead asked us a number of completely irrelevant questions. Fortunately, she did provide us with clean towels. On the positive side, the room itself and the bed were wonderful."
