"Stayed for a city break weekend with partner and two teens. The hosts could not have been more helpful when we spotted a couple of issues and things were fixed immediately. "The elevator was broken so the apartment was a three story walk-up. The apartment was dirty! No hand soap, towels, paper towels, very little toilet paper. No liners in the trash cans. The floor was so dirty my shoes stuck to the floor. The mattress’s were old with springs sticking through the surface. The bedding was old, worn and mismatched.
