Close to beach, shopping and a Woolies. My son enjoyed the games arcade near by. Parking is tight, we had a small SUV. Reception team is friendly. "

"This resort apartment was perfect for us. We were there for 9 days. We had a washing machine and dryer, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, towels, a kitchen with all the utensils, crockery, tea, coffee, sugar and a balcony to sit on that overlooked the pool area. Then add in Jane and her willingness to help us on a weekend and you have a perfect place, within walking distance to Surfers Paradise. Thank you Jane ❤️"

Regarding cleanliness, apart from the dirty walls and the cutlery drawer needing attention, the rooms were clean with comfortable beds. Friendly staff and easy parking. We would stay there again. "

"Coffee machine provided, but no coffee pods. Iron provided, no ironing board. Only 2 satchels of dishwasher powder. Access to the second bathroom was not allowed, which was inconvenient for visitors. No bathroom accessories such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash was not included. No extra towels and no face washers were included. Apart from that, we really enjoyed our stay. It was just the small details that let the property down. "We arrived in the morning and 'checked in' but given the earliness of our arrival the room was obviously not ready which were more than aware of. Staff however booked us in, gave us a card to access all the Hotel's facilities and called us as soon as the room was ready. Staff were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Check in was fast and the reception area was well maintained and spacious. We were upgraded to an ocean view and our room was excellent! Spacious, clean, modern. "
