People that have been there for a longer time say it's the habit of the management to do that, either you bring along your own heater or freeze and despite them providing a number to call for issues, they never respond to you or answer. "I wouldn't call this place luxurious. There was a lot of scuffs in the walls and the couches werent comfortable. I asked for a late check-out and they allowed it. Very greatful. They didn't tell the housekeeping who showed up 15 minutes before regular check-out. That followed with a phone call asking if we were still going to check-out late. Housekeeping peaked into the windows about 30 minutes before our check-out. "
