"Perfect place for those taking a cruise from Southampton. We walked to the Sea City Museum. Hotel is close to the port and the train station."

"The property does not have air conditioning, there are no phones in the rooms so if you have an issue or need something, you have to see someone at the desk. There were no washcloths in the bathroom. The beds were hard."

"Do not stay here! I thought well all I need is a clean on suite room with a decent bed as its only to sleep when working. I have not slept in a bed that bad ever, the springs were coming through and you could feel them. The room smelt and there was dirt and rubbish behind the drawers ans tea spilt down the wall. The kettle was so old it looked risky, mirror left down on the floor where it has come off the wall. Curtains were dirty and didn't close and heating was off room was freezing. This was a huge mistake."

"we really enjoyed this hotel. They had an a spa that was included that had a steam room, sauna hot tub and a pool. We missed the Michelin star restaurant but the other restaurant on the sixth floor was also very good. Very spacious rooms with good views of the harbor we would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat."

"The room was clean and perfectly adequate for my needs. I did have trouble locating the front door and had to ask in the pub where it was. The toilet seat was loose and there was no plug in the sink, but these were minor inconveniences due to the short time I stayed at the hotel. "
