"The hotel was cozy, and very clean. The food in the bar was is good and the bar do not have all the ingredients when you ask for some cocktail at the menu, but the staff is incredible friendly ,and helpfull. If I returned to Southhampton this is my first option ☺️"
"As family we needed a room to crash after a day trip to Peppa Pigs World. Before I arriving I already knew the Air Con and Wi Fi weren’t working. However there were solutions to the problems. For me getting free hot milk from the bar for my toddler was a big deal. The room itself was spacious with a double bed and double sofa bed. We’re only there for one night so the hotel managed my expectations before arriving."
