"We were pleased with our 2 night stay. Well located for the newly ‘renovated’ historic area with the city walls, dancing man and Tudor House all nearby. Well located for cruise ships and Isle of Wight ferries. Staff were polite and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and also the spa treatments. Plenty of restaurants and pubs within an easy walk. The communal areas were nicely furnished and the room was comfortable. Check in was easy and available at the stated time. Parking was good and similarly priced to nearby commercial car parks. We had two small room issues which were dealt with very quickly by calling reception. I would stay there again."

"Great customer service. Rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable. Breakfast was a bit chaotic and full spread not available. We had to wait . To use swimming pool, additional cost , which wasn’t mentioned at time of booking"

"A beautiful room with extremely comfortable beds and a lovely bathroom too. The staff were very friendly and efficient. We didn’t eat at the hotel as there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. It would be a pleasure to stay again."
