"The hotel is very nice, and the staff is friendly and professional. However, during our visit: 1. The swimming pool was filthy/nasty and had obviously not been cleaned in a while. 2. The TV in our room did not work. 3. The phone in our room did not work. 4. The air conditioning cycled on and off constantly and was VERY loud. On the bright side: 1. The valet guys were very nice. 2. The location of the hotel is great. 3. Other than the issues with the pool and our particular room, the hotel was very nice."
