"We booked a VRBO property, only to be notified shortly before our stay that the original rental was unavailable due to maintenance issues. The host moved us to what was described as a similar property, but this transfer was handled outside of VRBO without our knowledge or consent.Upon arrival, the condition of the replacement property was unacceptable.
