"Luxury experience"

"I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. During my three-day stay, my room was never cleaned, which was very disappointing. The property appeared poorly maintained, and there was a strong odor of marijuana in many areas of the hotel. Overall, the hotel did not feel clean or well-managed. There also appeared to be many long-term residents on the property, and there were several unruly individuals around the hotel, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. As a guest, I did not feel that the hotel provided the quality or environment I expected. The complimentary breakfast ended at 9:00 a.m. every day, which seemed too early for many travelers. In addition, I wanted to watch the NBA Finals on ABC, but the hotel did not provide the local ABC channel. When I asked about it, I was told to go to a bar across the street to watch the game, which was not an acceptable solution. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I have experienced. Between the lack of housekeeping, poor maintenance, unpleasant odors, and limited amenities, I cannot recommend staying here and will not return."

"I’ll start by saying I’m pretty chill and low maintenance, however I feel compelled to share my Awful experience, long story short…never stay here unless you absolutely must. The room was FILTHY, the tables had sticky liquid on it, the floors were FILTHY! My feet were black on the bottom from walking on the floors, there was what I believe to be public hairs in the shower, the bathroom floor had make up all over, the iron had something sticky all over the handle…disgusting, the phone was COVERED in foundation. And a little cherry on top, I left an expensive hat behind and of course “it wasn’t found”. I wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me!"
