"We could not have asked for a more convenient location to stay while moving our daughter to UNF. Just me and my husband but daughter came over to nap. Barely had enough towels. Couch leg seemed loose so we had to avoid that area. It could have been “homier” but served our purpose."

"I really enjoy this property. The space was very welcoming, private yard, beautifully decorated and centrally located so that all our stops were within 15 mins. Host was very responsive, we had no issues."

"Everything about Three Oaks Manor is perfection! We had a gathering there after my daughter's wedding. Every single guest complimented it and said how stunning it is. The owners were extremely helpful and available. The view is stunning. The house, with the whole open front, is beyond compare. The house was clean and very nicely updated and furnished. The pool was great. I just cannot say enough good things.We had about 12 people staying there and they all wished we could have stayed...

Great Anime Convention Weekend Getaway

"My best friends and I come to Jacksonville for conventions at least once or twice a year. Tabitha and Jenn at the front desk when we arrived on Friday evening were personable, friendly, and made us feel welcomed. They told us to call ahead in advance next time we visit to make sure our rooms are adjoining or close to each other the next time. Overall they were excellent representatives of this hotel and made our stay that much better. The rooms were nice, and clean. Beds were firm and supportive, we enjoyed our anime vibes the whole time we were together both at the hotel and at the convention center. I can’t recommend Tabitha and Jenn enough for promotions, raises or bonuses, they were amazing! "
