Very quaint, family friendly accommodations! Clean, well maintained and inviting. We loved the location and all the fun things to explore in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the Alexander Suite, which was ideal for us. King size bed, Victorian charm, tidy bathroom with tub, shower and amenities. Enjoyed the Watkins lotion. The room has an adjacent sitting room perfect for coffee, tea, or relaxing. Don't forget to write something in the journal. The host, Richard, is super nice and so knowledgeable about the area. I got a notice from the state disease control about a sickness passses through the pool, and my child did get very sick after swimming in the pool. Everything else was excellent!

Mayo visit, very relaxing location. This is next to Mayo St Mary’s Hospital. The parking was temperature controlled, the weather was -10, so this was a bonus. We used a shuttle to get to Mayo building, the shuttle is extremely busy after 3pm. There was quite a wait. The room was roomy, laundry, large bathroom with tub, we were on floor 6. We will go there on our next visit.

I had to stay for 2 weeks. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The rooms were way more than I expected. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but I managed. Breakfast was excellent. The shuttles to and from the Mayo buildings to the hotel were excellent. Made me feel at ease during a tough time. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and stocked...the rooms were clean and the coffee area was stocked well. The rooms are really small. Not great if you need to spend a lot of time there, but they use the space well. No dressers but they have a wire drawer thing for your clothes. No safe in the rooms, which we are used to. Nice pull out shelf on night stand. Perfect for those that have a CPAP machine. The bathroom was pretty outdated-tub looked tired and lots of limescale on shower head. Zero counter space for doing...

Fabulous staff, especially Sheila!!! very caring and friendly, the reason for the stay isn't always the best, and the staff understands this. From housekeeping to the kitchen to the front desk, you are amazing and I love you!!!!!!!! I have stayed here now 4 times, and each stay has been amazing. Thank you to all of you!!!

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Welcoming lobby, very nice complementary breakfast and clean rooms. Great value for the price.

Liked that we could walk to the Mayo Clinic from the hotel and the restaurant was really good with great staff and not super expensive. It was clean and spacious and had a microwave and fridge and plenty of light sources. First hotel that we’ve stayed at in a very long time that had plenty of towels without us having to ask for more.
