"I LOVED the location! Surrounded by farm land, grapevines, foliage, a lovely outaide area with a firepit AND a beautiful 24 mile paved walking/bike trail right next to the lodge. I loved the room ..No carpets, no dusty drapes, no tàsteless pics on walls..clean sleek look, and a cool glass sink! Would have given a 5 star, if the pillows would have been pillows instead of crumpled up, worn out looking, limp things, and the mattress was def not firm..I sank & only weigh 115#...and breakfast was warm coffee and a few items like bagels, waffles & apples..which I don't really care about but some might...if pillows and mattress would have been decent would be a 5 star"

"Clean room. Nice continental breakfast. Staff was pleasant and courteous. Looks like there were some recent upgrades to the rooms that were nice."

"This hotel has rooms under renovation so arriving in a middle of a bit of a mess. Room was renovated, but with very bad workmanship. No breakfast. Hopefully management will pay attention to the workmanship and details when they work ln those rooms."

"The manager of the property was the best, I told him I like a little coffee maker in the room. He brought me one , coffee, filters etc. He also noted my long hair , offered extra towels. Helped navigate food in the area"

"Breakfast had a lot of variety and good quality except for the fake rubbery eggs. Breakfast attendant was friendly and kept everything well stocked. There was no hot tub as it must be broken. Room was clean. It was rather loud as our room was adjacent to the door to the stairs. It seems when I book on hotels.com that our room is located in a less desirable area, like near an elevator or ice machine. Why?"

"The place was really cool. I found hairs in the bed adn when i asked to change rooms I found more hairs in the next room so I went back to my original room. Initially the place looks great but as you are in the room you start to really notice the wear and tear. Peeling wallpaper, spills, hairs, lots of dust and dust bunnies, empty complimentary candy jars, empty complimentary dog treats for the entire stay and the soap, shampoo and conditioner look like it has never been changed rinsed and refilled. Super slimy. The staff was AMAZING! I would come back and stay just because the service was top notch. The ping pong table, the outdoor setting and the nightly cookies were great. The breakfast was great and once again the service at breakfast was top notch. The people who work there love their jobs and it shows. I would return for them."
