"The staff was rude the moment I walked into the door. It’s not at all what the pictures look like!!! It was unsanitary. The hotel smelled like there was some sort of sewage leak. There was an obscene amount of Mold. Don’t recommend "

"The receptionist at the front desk was very friendly. The facility and our room was very clean and spacious. I appreciated the coffee pot in the room though I didn't use it as there is a coffee machine in the lobby which is available 24 hrs and the coffee from it was very good. The shuttle to the airport was on-time. We were told they leave at 5:00 AM sharp and that's exactly what happened. The Shuttle driver was very friendly and assisted in loading our luggage. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will return again."

"Food at restaurants were good staff was excellent. We’re they failed house keeping was terrible. Room was not cleaned until Sunday night after I went down to the front desk and talked to the manager on duty. They finally sent the supervisor and two ladies to clean our room. They did refund the fees for parking to make it right. Anyway we are one and done with this hotel. Don’t recommend it!"
