"Room was very clean and spacious. Staff friendly and the hotel was accessible to shops and the roam bus. Bed was comfortable."

"The room was spacious, air-conditioning worked well bed was old and lumpy but sufficient for 1 night. The technology to check in was not working properly and took us 15 minutes to get our keys as their card reader was not working and the staff said they always have issues with it. Staff also blamed our credit card and wanted us to log into our bank account to " make sure we had suffuciant funds". All for a $50 damage deposite???? Sounded super fushy so we refused. Then their excuse was that since they tried 4 times to charge us and it didn't go through our card was locked which has happened multiple times according to the desk check in person and that I needed to produce a second credit card. I again called BS. The manager was finally called and she tried 2 times to use my card at which time it worked. The staff never apologized for the inconvenience after this. I will never go back and warn caution to those who are thinking of staying here. "

"We arrived early (noon) at Banff Park Lodge and found the road in front of the hotel, as well as 2 other hotels nearby, closed off due to a gas leak. Hotel staff told us that they would contact me when it was safe and my room was ready, which they did around 4pm. Check-in went smoothly. The room was slightly larger than average, newly furnished, with a clean, modern look, and came with a fridge, microwave, and 2 Queen beds. Unfortunately, our room didn’t come with complementary breakfast. The restaurant on-site, Crave, serves breakfast buffet for around $27. On Friday nights, Crave has a dinner buffet with a wide selection of dishes for $39, which is one of the best deals in Banff for dinner. There’s another restaurant on-site, La Terrazza, and an indoor pool at the hotel. There are many restaurants and cafes within a 10 minute walk from the hotel, if you choose to dine elsewhere. Parking charge (underground) is $14 per night."

"Staff were amazing , there was a wedding going on with loud music, they shut it down at 11pm or maybe the music was just turned down. We were on the second floor. They listen to my concerns about the music and I am sure that others had mentioned the noise as well as the hotel was booked full. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. "

"If you don’t have a breakfast voucher, check out the Garden Court restaurant and try their “North 40” breakfast. Consists of 7 oz steak done (perfectly) to order, plus bacon strips, hashbrowns, toast … $20 is a good value !"
