"We picked this property because it is close to the airport in Keflavik. It is a very nicely appointed modern hotel. It would have been a good place to relax for a day or 2 but we were only there briefly before catching our flight home. "

"Service is great, although they made a couple of errors around our booking. (Wrong beds -- twins, not queen/king -- and did not follow through with a request to clean the room one day.) But they always recognized the error and did their best to set it to rights. The Spa is wonderful: a set of really nicely designed pools and a sauna. It's a definite treat. The Hygge caffe on the ground floor is wonderful, something we'd heard about and were determined to find...and there it was in our own hotel. Watch for Mango, one of the many cats who seemingly run Reykjavik. "
