"I love visiting Helsingborg and this hotel is in a great location near the train and bus station in the heart of downtown. The staff is very friendly, breakfast has an incredible selection at a high quality, and the design and decor of the hotel is fabulous. I was disappointed, however, that there was no way to get to and from the hotel via ramp - there were only steps. The elevator also had issues.
