"Found this hotel very welcoming , lovely friendly staff, comfortable room, lovely buffet breakfast, great location right next to lime street station so you can expect a little noise, would certainly book again "

"Did not let you check-in until dead on 3pm. This resulted in a huge queue at reception and self service kiosks did not work. Actually felt really sorry for the reception staff who were under a lot of pressure."
