"The elevators felt old and made all kinds of noise going up and down in them. The toilet holders at knee length seems like an architectural mishap and was hard to get toilet paper and if I had brought my elderly parents along in this trip that would not have worked. The harvest grill was amazing with amazing staff. The entrance in and out of the hotel was another architectural mishap & needs improvement. Overall the staff were great! "

"Our stay at Willow Pond far exceeded our expectations! The location was ideal with close proximity to the excitement of Broadway in Nashville but a total country feel in Pleasant View. We even caught (and released) some fish in the pond!!! The property manager Phillip was available when needed and made the check in/out process a breeze! He also gave us some good tips on hiking and other things to do! I would definitely return to Willow Pond!!! "

"The suite … room 143… was clean. A little dated but nice. The property is very clean and neat. The whirlpool tub in the room was excellent for soaking after moving. This room has a larger fridge in it. Not full size but larger than a mini. The room also has a pull out couch. We didn’t use it but it’s there. Bedroom is separate with a great king size bed. Check in was smooth and breakfast is cereal, muffins and juices. "
