Walkable to lots of shops, restaurants, coffee etc. neighboring areas of BV and Leadville were fun to explore as well. Easy access to tons of hikes in the area. "Cute cottage with awesome views of the San Juan Mountains—uncompahgre peak, Sneffels, etc. Eight horses, ducks, goats, a pig in the petting zoo. Host Diana was a delight to work with. We knew the location so brought food rather than drive into Montrose or Ridgway for meals. Hope to get back for a Fall leaf season visit in Ouray County."

"This house was perfect for our stay!! It is just one block away from the free bus that takes you right up to the ski mountain, which made getting to/from the slopes super easy. It is also just a few blocks off main street which was perfect for enjoying the town and going out at night. The house itself was cute and clean. Great living area for everyone to hang out and be together. We would definitely book this place again!"

"Loved this little place! Great location, super comfortable beds. Kitchen setup attractive and functional. Loved the back alley and fire pit. A couple issues/suggestions: Rattan rug in living room is torn, slippery and it was a nuisance to open the doors over it. A fall hazard for sure. Dryer did not work and could not find instructions. There was opened food/snacks left from previous tenants Can you put instructions on using the shower? More blankets please! Again we loved it and will be...

"I rented the Carriage house for my two children and myself while my Sister and Brother rented the main house for their families. We were all on the same property, with plenty of room and gathering space. The Carriage House is updated, great AC, and wonderful studio apartment feel. Next time I am in town to visit family, I will look to see if the carriage house is available to stay at again!"

"This house had belonged to the owner's Granny and it was very cozy and comfortable. It has a nice grassy area for taking your pet outside, and there were fields of cows with their newborn calves between you and the views of the snow-capped mountains. The owner came by to feed the cows and was very friendly and helpful. I truly enjoyed my stay."

"The yurt was situated along the creek with was really nice to listen to. The bath house was updated andvery clean. The only complaint was that upon opening the door, the room was extremely warm. It did cool off quickly with the door open. Then i realized i could roll up yhe windows also. Overall a nice place to stay "
