"It was ok for one night. Carpet needs replacing and floor grout cleaning. Maybe laminate or vinyl would be better than carpet. Shower/tub could use scrubbing bubbles bleach to clean around faucets, grab bars as there is "crud" there."

"Clean the walls and baseboard in the bathroom because it was so dusty and dirty like for years of not cleanness. At least two pillows person on the bed instead of just two pillows totaled on one bed."

"My wife and I were traveling from East Texas to our grandson's graduation in Charlottesville, VA. We were running late and did not arrive until 10. The check in was seamless and the property description was very accurate. Worked well traveling with our doodle. Property was clean and had lots of perks like, coffee, breakfast muffins and some candy. Cute little town and the house was located in a great residential neighborhood. I encourage you to book this property on your travels."

"The rooms were very generous and it was great that everyone had their own bathroom. I was in the back bedroom and I wish there had been more counter space in the bathroom for my cosmetics, etc. But overall we would stay with you again. Thanks for everything."

"So peaceful and relaxing! House is clean, so cute and comfortable with everything you can ask for. Great communication with the host and they even left us some wonderful farm fresh eggs from their chickens. Definitely a place we will stay again."
