We did have issues with our fireplace, but maintenence acted fast and resolved the issue Our room had a jacuzzi tub which was very relaxing and a great view of the sunset from our room. The pull out couch needs 2 pillows not 1, there should be a tea in the room that is not herbal, and our tv kept distorting every 30 seconds because of the slow connection. The hotel itself was kept well, the atrium was beautiful, and while the staff was very nice they didn't seem to be the most knowledgeable "
