"I booked and paid for a deluxe room facing the pool. Said pool was almost empty. Checked in around 4pm. Found the T.V. didn't work. Went back to the office, told the young lady at the counter about the T.V. she said she would take care of it right away. I told her I was going out for several hours and thought it would be taken care of. I returned at 8pm, T.V. still not working. Same young lady said she would take of it in 10 minutes. Waited 30 minutes , went back to the office to talk to the...
