"We had an amazing stay in this cozy apartment. Immensely clean, with all the amenities available in the apartment, it was perfect and so easy to explore the city. There are so many restaurants and shops right around the corner of the apartment. Not to mention Padua is such a walkable city. Highly recommended!!! "Property has perfect location, quiet and clean. Good view from the windows . absolutely suitable for four person. To reach the apartment you have to climb in high stairs for as it was no problem, but I think for people in age it will be difficult. Only thing I don’t like was that you have to get your key in other place far from property it’s little be uncomfortable. I will be happy to come back again."

"The apartment was really nice, well-furnished, and inviting. It had a great kitchen, really good shower, and air conditioning. I really appreciate the owner coordinating someone to meet us at the boat station and walking us to the apartment. We had a couple of small issues that we worked through with the clothes washer, but other than that we thought the apartment and location were excellent. We would really recommend this apartment. "

"Avoid this apartment! When we arrived we noticed an odd smell outside the room that continued to worsen during our stay so much so that it seeped into our room in the middle of the night waking us up. It was so awful it was nauseating and in the morning as we exited the room we had to hold our breath. Absolutely foul. The hotel refused a request for a refund after this experience. Terrible stay, terrible customer service. Do not waste your time here."

"Communication wasn’t great. I didn’t get any checkin information and had to call for it the day of arrival. Was very difficult to get through and when I got through, they wouldn’t send me any information until the additional fee was paid. Room was very large and clean but very noisy upstairs. "
