"This property was excellent. We celebrated our honeymoon and everyone was so accommodating and very attentive. Mim was exceptional. She goes over and above to make sure everyone is taken care of. Professional yet very very kind. Nicolas was also exceptional. Always made us feel welcome. The only issue we had was upon our arrival at the train station the boat taxi from the hotel was extremely rude to us. We had areanged to have him pick us up at 3 and it was 2:55 and he was upset that he kept calling us We needed time to get from the train with our bags and find where to meet him. Plus we had no data and had to use the wifi of train station. It ruined our excitement that we felt when we arrived in venice. This was not acceptable. I would like the hotel to look into this. Thank you Daisy "

"This hotel is perfectly located steps away from Piazza San Marco. There are so many fabulous places to eat just steps away, along with gondola rides. Breakfast was great, too, and tea time. It was truly the best, and I would recommend to anyone!!"

"The hotel is conveniently located near a water stop. (Just 5 minute's walk.) There is a restaurant right outside the hotel. The hotel is newly renovated, clean, and cozy. The only issue I had was that there is no elevator. (It's a bit hard with luggage.) Other than that there was a lot of charm and historical integrity to the hotel. The breakfast was great. The staff was kind and helpful. The hotel was quiet and safe. I highly recommend it."
