The staff were always friendly and helpful, the condo was exactly as pictured, there was a playground for our daughter, parking was always available, and bus passes were provided. Also, the hotel is literally on top of the bus stop, so it’s super easy. It’s about a 5ish minute bus ride to downtown. I’d recommend this property to anyone, and I would choose this location again if we ever return to Banff!"
