"Great for families or couples. Very clean, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Our friends who usually stay in hotels called it a palace! They loved the space a condo provides. New outdoor pool and hot tub added to our enjoyment. This was our 2nd stay and I’m sure we’ll be back. We know we can count on Blue Green properties being top Notch! Including older properties like this one. "

"Sweet little hotel just off the Blue Ridge Parkway in Spruce Pine. Great location and quiet. "

"The only issue we had was the faucet in the bathroom leaks and water trickled to the floor and the drain in the shower needs unclogged."

"A bit dated but perfect for our outdoor activities. 30 minutes to multiple hikes. 20 minutes to gourmet restaurants. 20 to 45 minutes to shopping a the movie theater. The best of both."
