"Room had a musty smell. Found the comforter dirty and stained. Told the front desk and they did change it. Shower handle was pulled out of wall. Shower on/off was so difficult to use I was afraid it was going to break. Last morning the shower gel ran out so had no soap. Was told this hotel is a “boutique” hotel by front desk person. With parking charges the room was over $500/night. I had a message from the manager when I arrived. I sent him a email to let him know of my issues, never heard...

"The only reason we stayed here is location. Otherwise we would choose other accommodations!"

"This was a unique hotel"

"Absolutely love the view of the water from the second floor. The breakfast was very good. Parking is on site and very convenient. Rooms are very clean. Highly recommend staying at this hotel."

"Staff, remodeled rooms and location are all top notch"

"Our experience was unacceptable. The lockbox did not work, and we were completely unable to access the property. We were left without a place to stay and ultimately had no choice but to make a new reservation at another hotel at our own expense. A functioning entry system is one of the most basic responsibilities of a hotel or property manager, and failing to provide access to a confirmed guest is a serious problem. This caused significant stress, inconvenience, and additional expense. Based on...

"A typical motel in a great location"

"We took a spur of the moment trip to St.Augustine and by some miracle there was a room available at Bayfront Westcott. We were met by Sandy the manager who helped us get sorted out. It was happy hour and we met some other people who were staying and everyone was having a great time in the quaint but beautiful dining room. Our room was beautiful and had everything we needed and was exactly what we needed. Our breakfast the next morning was delicious and we highly recommend staying there!"

"The B&B was very clean and rooms are very nice. The staff was excellent plus the morning breakfast was delicious. The only problem was that their homemade cookies were too good to eat just one."

"The place was quaint, clean and nice linens. Breakfast was great and delivered to the room. This was a nice touch. You can walk to restaurants and the town. I recommend staying here. It was lovely!"

"The room was great, good location to most everything."

"the property was nice, and location is ideal. however my check in experience ruined the entire stay for me. i arrived at the property and front door is locked. i arrived around 5:15pm or so, it states front desk is available 9:00am-6:00pm. i had to call, for the person that answered the phone to be confused that i have a reservation. i did book this stay around 2 hours before arrival, which i know is a little last minute, but it shouldn’t be available to book if last minute reservations are an...

"We stayed at the “Casa” this weekend. The staff and the room were excellent. When we had an issue with the air conditioning in our room, Jonathan came back to the inn to correct the problem. He even made arrangements to move us to another suite if it became necessary. Fortunately, Jonathan was able to work some HVAC magic and get the room cooling again. Our stay was excellent. Be sure to make it down for breakfast. The food is something NOT to miss. Thank you to Jonathan, Oliver and the team....

"Great location. In the heart of everything with convenient parking in back."

"The room was very nice and clean! They had it done before checkin and we were able to get into it early which was nice. It was very quiet even with it being above the bar."

"Staff was very helpful and responsive. Location is great! Place is in bad disrepair. Electrical outlet in bathroom was unusable, cracked and rusted. Caulk in bathroom was cracked, dirty and separated. “Memory Foam” mattress was very uncomfortable, I felt like a rotisserie chicken flipping all night from pain. Continental breakfast was pancakes, syrup only, nothing else at all. AC control not accessible to individual rooms."
