Welcome to our luxurious mid-century modern beach home, where sleek design meets unforgettable oceanfront living. With rare direct beach access—just seven steps from the deck to the sand—you’ll enjoy sweeping ocean views, breathtaking sunrises, and a dynamic stretch of Matanzas Inlet. Spanning three light-filled levels, the home comfortably sleeps 8 and features premium finishes, a fully stocked kitchen, and thoughtful details like quality beach gear and kid-friendly amenities. Just a short drive from historic St. Augustine, it’s the perfect coastal retreat to relax, recharge, and create lasting memories.

The Space: Our home is at the north end of a quiet, three-unit building, positioned directly on Matanzas Inlet and the Atlantic Ocean.

Main Level: Enter into the bright kitchen and dining area, fully stocked for home cooking. A full bathroom with stand-up shower and a washer/dryer are conveniently located here. Step down into the stylish living room, framed by floor-to-ceiling windows with ocean views. Sliding glass doors open onto a large shared deck with direct beach access—just seven steps away.

Second Level: Take the spiral staircase up to a spacious bedroom with two queen beds, a dedicated workspace/office area, and a full bath with soaking tub and vanity. The open layout (no bedroom doors) allows natural light to flow throughout the space, creating an airy, inviting atmosphere.

Third Level: Continue up to the fun loft space with two twin XL beds and unique porthole windows that make you feel like you’re aboard a ship—always a favorite with kids and adults alike.

Exterior Deck/Patio: Enjoy the breathtaking scenery from our well-appointed deck, which features plenty of seating and direct beach access. We also provide beach gear for family fun! For your protection and the integrity of the home, the exterior grounds are monitored by security cameras, allowing us to maintain the high standard of safety and organization our guests love.

Please note: We are happy to welcome up to two house-broken dogs (50 lbs or less each). The pet fee is $200 for the first dog and $100 for the second, with the additional fee for a second dog collected separately after booking. To ensure the safety of all guests and the comfort of your pet, please keep dogs leashed while on the deck and follow county ordinances by keeping them leashed on the beach. To help us maintain our high standard of cleanliness, please note that extra cleaning fees may apply for pet messes, shedding on linens, or excessive damage.
