Close proximity to downtown attractions, Outlet Mall, Sawgrass Country Club, Palencia, and World Golf Village. Three bedroom, three bath with queen pull out sofa can accommodate families or multiple couples. Spacious front and back patios make this house perfect for get togethers and weekend getaways. All bathrooms have recently been renovated and bedroom carpet replaced with original hardwood flooring.
