"I think my disappointment in my stay at the place was expressed throughout. It was met with little customer service or care of my concerns. The facility listed amenities clearly but lacked in basic things with what was listed. It states there are towels but you have no wash clothes, you talk about a fully complete kitchen but provide no hot pads, sharp knives, coffee pot but only offer k-cups when you don’t have a kerug to use those cups, etc. It show in pictures a gorgeous welcome basket with...
