"Did a turn and burn stay here (checked in Saturday and checked out Monday) and had a pleasant visit. The front desk customer service was A+. My only 2 feedback are: the valet attendant should be more attentive. I waited 10 mins while the valet attendant was chatting away with a co-worker and then started laughing with I assume a customer. I had to politely interrupt to get service. 2nd feedback: I was on the 23rd floor and soon as I stepped off the elevator, the hallway and room had a sour/mildew odor."

"I’ve stayed at this location twice and really enjoy it. The entrance is beautiful in the summer and has a nice place to sit and enjoy coffee outside. The complimentary breakfast is really nice. There are several places including a Starbucks within walking distance. Everything is clean and I have slept well both times. Bear in mind you’ll need to pay separate to park overnight ($40ish in summer, might be more on weekends). I’ll definitely be back next time I need to go to Chicago!"

"The hotel room cleanliness is of a very high standard. The complementary breakfast is extraordinary with a different majority of food and with a good procedure to take care of guests. The rooftop bar was sophisticated and attracts high class clientele. The room space is big enough to feel comfortable. There is individual Wi-Fi for each room that allows you to connect your phone to the TV. And the location downtown was excellent."

"I loved the Hotel Lincoln! Perfect location, loved walking Lincoln Park in the mornings. Pretty and safe neighborhood. Found a great deli/wine shop five minute walk away. Room was very clean and the best part was the staff! Everyone from the desk staff to the maintenance crew to the coffee shop employees were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again."

"Very clean rooms. Housekeeping doesn't clean rooms daily. Every few days, so I had to ask for clean towels. No big deal. Breakfast was awesome! Kiss the cook! Staff was friendly and hotel in the heart of it all. Great bagels next door. Will definitely stay there again."
