"Great breakfast for the price. A true gem for downtown Chicago. The only bad thing I experienced was the gentleman standing outside side the front doors smoking pot every night. He was a person staying at the RIU. I was there to see a Dr at Northwestern for my rare heart and lung condition and that smell was not good for my heart or lungs "

"Our stay was ok. It was very crowded and we could hear the family in the room next door. Because it was crowded, you had to wait for elevators for a while. Or ride on completely packed elevators. Especially in the morning during breakfast hours. Water pressure is extremely weak in the shower. Room was big and comfortable. "

"Stayed at Hotel Lincoln and had a great experience overall! The location is fantastic—close to everything and perfect for exploring the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really made the stay more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable. While the bathroom could use some updating, it didn’t take away from the overall positive experience. I’d definitely consider staying here again!"

"Cute hotel, but fairly noisy (radiators and squeaky floors), as it is an older property. Water and coffee available in the lobby, but no coffee/tea machine in the rooms. Many places to eat/drink nearby. Parking is on the roof of a building at the end of the street.$25/day."
