"This property was ok for one night as it was convenient to downtown and it was an easy check in. I rate it as a step above a hostel that had the amenities as a bathroom but the beds were horrible and the carpet was pretty gross. Cleanness could have been better. But for one night it was all we needed."

"A nice simple guesthouse to stay in Edinburgh that is close to good amenities that are walkable and close to bus routes. Friendly owner who went out of his way to allow us an earlier check in as we needed a jet lag nap and our flight had been changed. "

"Convenient for airport location. We arrived late at night after a long day of travelling. We were so hungry and pretty sure the kitchen was closed but they made us a cheese pizza and served us a drink as we hadn’t eaten all day. Friendly staff and nice comfortable room. "
