"A/C was not working. Informed staff 50 minutes after check in. Was advised that they will investigate. Could not open windows either as bugs were sitting outside. Nothing was resolved while I stayed there. Mattress was uncomfortable, I could feel the springs. All in all the stay was uncomfortable."

Great buffet, full trays, warm, always refilled. Easy to leave our luggage at reception. Very well located accross from the train station, and just a few minutes walk from the old town and attractions. Free bus pass for the two days. Would stay again without hesitation."

"The staff at the front desk were terribly Friendly- MS REBECCA, KUSEY (hope I got it right) and the very lovely GM of the hotel. She offered my husband the local beer which was a very kind gesture. We were surprised at the respectfulness, friendliness and everything that you can ask from a front desk staff. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast buffet was delicious. My husband enjoyed the bacon."
